Can I apply to offer more than one service?

Yes you may offer clients more than one type of service. In fact, we strongly encourage Stylists with diverse backgrounds to apply.

What is the pay frequency and structure?

The frequency of pay is every Friday. In addition to a base wage, there's opportunity for commission and tips.

What are the tips like at RBHD?

Our best stylists make well over $100 dollars on our busy days. Even so, this optional financial gesture of appreciation is ultimately determined by the clients perspective of your level of skill and customer service.

Is there room for advancement?

Yes. With a consistent display of quality performance, stylists can earn higher commissions and advance to other roles based on salon needs.

What is the culture of the Salon?

Fun, laid back, yet fast paced and very team-oriented

Do I have to be licensed to work at RBHD?

Yes, you must furnish a valid cosmetology or barbers license upon request.

Do I have to shampoo my Clients?

Yes, you are ultimately responsible for prepping your own Clients. However, Stylists managing very active books may be eligible to receive assistance.
